Is Dell’s Blog site and attempt to gain back some customer confidence? I hope it works for them. While they still make great product, it’s clearly their back end processes and internal implementation of things that screws everything up.
I see in one blog, what used to be “Platinum” service has been superseded by yet another level “Platinum-Plus”. I guess they are running out of precious metals.
These blogs look worth keeping an eye on to see what happens. It’s mostly marketing fluff at the moment.
