Try looking at Task Manager to see if WinWord.exe or Outlook.exe is running. I had the same issue and this resolved it. WinWord loves to hang around…
Yep, I looked for that, in fact I tried with a fresh reboot, didn’t launch a damn thing. No outlook left overs, including word, winword, etc. I didn’t let X1 launch or any of my normal task bar items. Grrrr…
